No — just enter your email and we email you a 6-digit OTP. First-time users go straight to OTP, no password required. You can optionally set a password later for faster logins on trusted devices. Google Sign-In is also available.

What is SI Concierge (in-app AI)?

SI Concierge is a private AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 4.5, pinned to the top of your chat list. It knows your province/country and replies in English or French with a light local slang. Anthropic does not train on your messages — built privacy-first. You can also summon it in group chats with @concierge.

Real-time messaging (WebSocket), private DMs, broadcast channels, group chats, attachments (images/videos/files up to 5MB), voice notes (hold-to-record), polls, scheduled posts, pins, replies, reactions, @username mentions, edit/delete, read receipts (1 ✓ sent / 2 ✓✓ read), typing indicators, and free 1-on-1 or group (up to 4) P2P calls.

Do voice/video calls cost anything?

No. All calls are 100% free, peer-to-peer via WebRTC + Google STUN servers. Audio/video streams never touch our servers — only signaling (the handshake) goes through our WebSocket to connect both sides.

What are the video upload limits?

Accepted Answer

Videos must be 60 seconds or less and 5MB or less. We recommend 720p at 30fps for fast uploads and smooth playback on every device. The app blocks videos that are too long before upload and warns if resolution exceeds 720p.

A monthly members-only space for vetted entrepreneurs to share deals, collaborations, and weekly updates. It’s included in Diamond Lounge or available as a standalone plan.

How does the location permission work?

Fully optional. Enable location to personalize your experience (local slang, nearby opportunities) or skip. If enabled, we store your country/region/city — not precise coordinates — via free OpenStreetMap Nominatim reverse-geocoding (no keys, no third-party tracking).

Yes. Create custom DM folders (Work, Family, Clients…) from the sidebar. Right-click or long-press any DM to move it. The SI Concierge DM always stays pinned at the top.

What is a @username and how do @mentions work?

Every member picks a unique @username at signup (3–24 chars, letters/numbers/dot/underscore/hyphen). Type @ in the composer to mention someone — they'll see a gold @ badge on the channel in their sidebar.

How do Admin Invite Codes work?

Owners (and admins with the add-admin permission) generate 8-character codes. Recipients paste the code into the 'Enter Secret Code' card on their Profile dashboard and are auto-promoted to Admin with the permissions the inviter holds — never more.

How do I pin a message? Who can unpin?

Hover any message → pin. The message author can always pin or unpin their own message. Admins can pin, but admins CANNOT unpin someone else's message — only the original author or the Owner can.

How do card payments work (Stripe)?

Card payments are processed securely with Stripe Checkout (Apple Pay supported). After payment confirmation, your access is activated automatically.

How do crypto payments work (Litecoin / LTC)?

Crypto payments are processed via NOWPayments. Each purchase generates a unique LTC address. When confirmed, access is activated automatically.

Will there be an App Store and Google Play app?

Yes. Native iOS and Android builds are in preparation via Capacitor. In the meantime you can install the PWA directly from your browser (Add to Home Screen on iOS, Install App on Android/Chrome).

How do you keep my data safe?

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, OTPs expire in minutes, JWT tokens are time-limited, and new devices/IPs force OTP fallback even if you have a password. Profile pictures and file uploads are stored in a private object-storage bucket. No data is ever sold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
