Streetz Indeed Inc. – Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
Please read carefully. Section 17 limits our liability. Section 20 sets Quebec law + Montreal courts as the exclusive forum. See also our Privacy Policy and Community Rules.
Welcome to Streetz Indeed Inc. (“Streetz Indeed,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, Progressive Web App (PWA), iOS/Android native app, Telegram bot, and related services.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, installing our PWA or native iOS/Android app, or using any Streetz Indeed service (chat, bot, Diamond Lounge, Community Chat, Concierge AI, payments, feedback, careers), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK/Quebec) and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you create an account for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company. Accounts are personal — do not share your credentials.
3. Nature of the Platform
Streetz Indeed is a networking, community, messaging, and opportunity-discovery platform. We DO NOT guarantee employment, revenue, traffic, clients, business success, investment returns, or any specific outcome. Any statistics, testimonials, or case studies reflect the experience of specific members and are not promises.
4. Your Account
• You pick a unique @username (3–24 chars; letters/numbers/dot/underscore/hyphen; must start and end alphanumeric). • You are responsible for all activity under your account. • Notify us immediately at streetzindeed@cexus.ca if you suspect unauthorized access. • We may require email OTP re-verification when you sign in from a new device or IP.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to, and not to help anyone else to: • Post illegal content (including but not limited to CSAM, terrorism, stolen credentials, weapons, drugs). • Harass, threaten, dox, or hatefully target any person or group. • Impersonate another person, brand, or the Streetz Indeed team. • Scam members or advertise deceptive / fraudulent / MLM / pyramid schemes. • Spam any channel, DM, or the Concierge with bulk/unsolicited content. • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious files. • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or load-test our APIs outside of documented limits. • Use automated tools, bots, or multi-account sockpuppets to manipulate the platform. • Abuse the free voice/video calling (e.g. robodialing, harassment calls). • Circumvent bans, mutes, or payment gates. Violations can result in message deletion, mute, kick, permanent ban, loss of paid access WITHOUT REFUND, and reporting to law-enforcement where appropriate.
6. User Content License
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Streetz Indeed Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, store, back up, transmit, and show the content to the recipients you targeted (channel members, DM peers, etc.) for the purpose of operating the services. This license ends when you or an admin deletes the content, except that deletion does not affect backup copies until they expire (see Privacy Policy § 8).
7. Messaging, Channels, and Moderation
• Owners and Admins can pin, edit-notice, soft-delete, kick, mute, temp-mute, or ban users under the permission matrix shown in the Owner Dashboard. • An admin CANNOT unpin another member's message — only the author or the Owner can. • Deleted messages may be retained in a staff-only panel for up to 30 days for abuse review. • Scheduled posts, polls, and voice notes follow the same rules as regular messages. • Broadcast channels (Streetz Indeed Times/Calls/Auctions/Services/Administration) are staff-post-only.
8. AI Assistant (SI Concierge)
The SI Concierge is powered by Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.5 through the Emergent Universal LLM Key. • AI responses are generated by a machine and can be inaccurate, out-of-date, or inappropriate. • Replies are informational only — NOT legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. • Do not rely on the AI for safety-critical decisions. • You are solely responsible for any action you take based on AI output. • Do not try to extract secrets or prompt-inject the model; abuse can terminate access.
9. Voice & Video Calls (WebRTC)
• Calls are peer-to-peer. Streetz Indeed does not record the audio or video of any call. • Call invitation, acceptance, and signaling metadata may be logged for abuse prevention. • Group calls are capped at 4 participants. • You may not record another participant without their explicit consent in all jurisdictions where two-party consent is required (Quebec, California, Florida, etc.). • Harassment calls, spam calls, and non-consensual recording are grounds for immediate ban.
10. Uploads & File Limits
• Maximum file size: 5 MB per file (images, videos, audio, documents). • Videos: 60 seconds maximum duration; recommended 720p at 30 fps. • Voice notes: hold-to-record, released as audio/webm attachments. • We may delete uploads that violate Section 5, infringe copyright, or pose a security risk.
11. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
• Paid products: Diamond Lounge ($149/month early access, $199/month regular), Community Chat ($5.99/month), Streetz Entrepreneur ($99–$149/month), Pro Bot legacy subscriptions, credit packs. • Prices are in USD or CAD as shown; applicable taxes may be added. • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard or via the payment processor. • Crypto payments via NOWPayments (Litecoin) are final once confirmed on-chain. • Refunds: all sales are FINAL unless required by local consumer-protection law or unless we explicitly approve a refund for exceptional cases. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension. • Failure to pay ends your access at the end of the current billing period.
12. Admin Invite Codes & Role Delegation
Admin invite codes are one-time 8-character tokens. Redeeming one grants Admin access scoped to the permissions held by the inviter at the moment of creation. The Owner may revoke any admin at any time. Misuse of admin powers (banning innocent users, leaking content, selling admin access) is grounds for immediate demotion, ban, and possible civil action.
13. Intellectual Property
All Streetz Indeed brand names, logos, designs, UI, icons (including the SI Concierge avatar), copy, and software are the property of Streetz Indeed Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, mirror, or republish them without written permission. Limited personal use within the app is permitted.
14. DMCA / Copyright
If you believe content on Streetz Indeed infringes your copyright, email streetzindeed@cexus.ca with: (a) identification of the work, (b) URL of the infringing content, (c) your contact info, (d) a good-faith statement, (e) an accuracy-and-authority statement, (f) your signature. We will act on valid notices under the US DMCA, Canadian Copyright Act, and EU Copyright Directive.
15. Third-Party Services & Links
We link to and integrate with third parties (Stripe, NOWPayments, Resend, Anthropic, Google, Telegram, OpenStreetMap, CPX Research, SerpAPI, Numverify). Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of their products. We do not endorse third-party content or user offers posted on the platform.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR BUSINESS GOALS.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREETZ INDEED INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) CAD $100.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Streetz Indeed Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) content you post; (b) your use of the services; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; (d) your interactions with other users; (e) your infringement of any third-party right.
19. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice or refund, for breach of these Terms, for conduct harmful to other users, or for legal reasons. Sections 6, 13–18, 20–22 survive termination.
20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montreal, Quebec, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect intellectual property. Where permitted, the parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and at the top of this page at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update. If you do not agree, stop using the services before the effective date.
22. Miscellaneous
• Entire agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and us about the services. • Severability: If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. • No waiver: Failing to enforce a right once does not waive it later. • Assignment: You cannot assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice. • Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (outage, natural disaster, war, cyber-attack, regulatory action).
